COVENANT LADY (3) knuckled down strongly to get within 0.3 lengths of the winner in second last start over 1m at this track when returning from a break. Record at this track is strong. Should be involved in the finish. TIMELESS ROSE (4) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a lay-off on August 21 finishing fifth and beaten 5.5 lengths over 1m1/2f at Listed level at this track (Turf).
