SEDNA (12) finished tenth over 5½f at this track at her most recent appearance on February 6. Has switched to the Sigrid Carr yard. Rates highly and makes plenty of appeal. TIMELY NEEDS (6) resumed last start over 5½f at this track and showed little early speed, settling well back but hitting the line hard to finish second, beaten one length. Solid top-three candidate. COLONEL BOGEY (1) resumes from a lay-off of five months and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 5½f at this track. Ran fifth in a recent trial at Hobart. Has ability and must be included in calculations.
