PETAWAWA (7) ran below expectations last time at Canberra, finishing fifth and beaten 2 lengths starting at 7/2. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is good enough to turn things around. OPEN SECRET (1) is a talented filly who was well held last time out in the tougher Tea Rose Stakes won by Apocalyptic over 7f at Randwick, beaten 5.5 lengths into ninth. Finds a suitable race and is sure to be prominent. WANDAYE (8) was too good for a maiden field last start over 6f at Bathurst, scoring by 0.6 lengths. Brock Ryan was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the ride. This is tougher but she is capable of another big run. BENAMERA (6) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only a long neck over 6½f at Canberra. Suitably placed so anticipating another bold showing.
