ROMANS LUCK (6) showed little early speed last start then picked up impressively in the straight to finish second at Caulfield over this journey. Expected to prove tough to hold out again. HEY BRO'UNGA (4) was in the money two starts back at Bendigo then missed the frame but was not too far away last time over 1m3 1/4f at Sale. Has the pace to be thereabouts early. Well placed and gets his chance to break through. AHAB (1) wound up strongly but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1m4f at Bendigo. Has the class to figure prominently. HE'S A TIGER (3) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 7 lengths when sixth over 1m3 1/4f at Sale a week-and-a-half ago. Finds the right race this time and can take this out.
