EXOPIPI (3) has been knocking on the door and finds easier than the Morphettville outing over this distance. Needs some luck from the low gate but the smallish field benefits. Hard to beat. RED SEQUOIA (8) has been racing in town and hits this at peak fitness. Has won twice this distance and is on an 8-day return. Drops 4.4lb and is a chance.. Can't be ruled out. CAMPOBASSO (1) resumes at the middle distance for the Alexander bros. It's an ask but he's good enough at best and Pannell is a positive jockey booking. A betting watch.
