TROPIC STORM (3) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track (Dirt), finishing third and only 1.3 lengths from the winner at the end of 7½f after being in contention on the turn. Won't find this as tough so he is ready to return to the winners' list. GHENT (2) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only one length over 5f at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Turf) after being in the firing line on the corner. Meets a stronger field but he is good enough to take this out. KENTUCKY BOURBON (4) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 21 lengths when sixth in a 1m contest at Santa Anita six-and-a-half weeks ago. Taking on a better line-up this time but he is good enough to play a major role. SHOTSHELL (6) was beaten 25 lengths into eighth over 7f at Keeneland last time out. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
