BOLD INSTINCT (4) is having his first run since winning by 3 lengths five weeks ago over 5¾f at this track. Has transferred to the Dean Wells stable over the break. Plenty to like about his prospects. CHAMPAGNE CINDERS (8) scored in a at this track but was below her best last time when sixth over 5½f at Hobart after being in the firing line on the turn. Has a good record at this course and distance, including two wins. Likely improver with strong prospects. ARUMA (3) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when 12th, beaten 8 lengths, over 6f at Hobart. Will strip fitter and is expected to do much better. PHILOSOPHERS STONE (6) last appeared when he finished eighth over 6f at Launceston on February 28. One to consider.
