CAPITAL OUTLAY (5) raced on the speed last start over this course and distance and stuck on well to finish third, beaten 2.75 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. TROTSKY (6) just missed last time out over 6½f at Los Alamitos (Dirt). Good chance to break through. RED ON SUNDAY (3) returned from a lay-off five-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth over 6½f at Los Alamitos.
