ASPHALT (4) returns after a break of 11 weeks. Has won three on end, the latest over 1m at Pinjarra. Wide draw and will need a good steer from Brad Parnham but looks tough to beat. HYMNS OF ELADDAIR (1) resumed over 6f at Belmont Park last start and after showing little early speed closed hard to score by a neck. Should be in the finish again. Turned in a better run last time when fourth, beaten 2. 75 lengths, at Belmont Park over 6f. Should be at her peak now. CENTRE BOND (6) worked home well and finished second last time over 7f at Belmont Park, beaten 3 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Suitably placed so anticipating another strong effort.
