Each-Way Thief: Unexpected Party to bring the house down at Bangor

As the National Hunt season kicks into gear, Team Skelton are starting to bring out their well schooled charges. There will be no surprises if Planet Sport’s each-way pick prevails at good odds.

Turn down the lights, hide behind the furniture because you're invited to an Unexpected Party…

2.10 Bangor - Unexpected Party

Likely to progress, this six year-old finished second in her only appearance so far for the Skeltons in 2020.

That second placed finish came at Southwell in a two mile maiden hurdle and this son of top-class jumps sire Martaline will have been extensively schooled at Lodge Hill for his return to action.

Martaline has produced such brilliance as Dynaste and if this Skelton gelding brings an inch of the David Pipe mount's talent then this Class 4 hurdle should be there for the taking.

Harry Skelton gets the reigns, will know the horse inside out and could take some stopping over the two miles and half a furlong in North Wales. It will be no surprise if Unexpected Party runs better than his odds.
