Each-Way Thief. Champions Day Special: Addeybb a babe of a price for successive Champion Stakes wins

Planet Sport are Ascot bound for an Each-Way Thief special, picking all the horses with value about them at the test of the best in Berkshire. Odds-on hounds click that little red cross.

Come rain or shine Addeybb may be a touch overpriced to retain his Champion Stakes crown. Planet Sport bring the value on Champions Day at Ascot on Saturday, October 16.

3.50 Ascot - Addeybb

Some horses are mentioned along with the weather so often that they may as well be sponsored by the Met Office.

Last years' Champion Stakes winner Addeybb is one of them with Willam Haggas' superstar only supposed to be able to act on soft ground or worse.

Yet, people forget that Addeybb has won Group 1's in Australia, one of the most arid countries on the planet, winning the Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Randwick on good ground in April.

It's debatable how much the good to soft at Ascot will dry by Saturday, with the odd shower about and there could be too much focus on the skies and not on Addeybb's ability.

Tom Marquand absolutely loves this horse and Haggas consistent performer may be overpriced here to strike at the death at Ascot.
