Alhammaam (16.00 Chelmsford)

Crazy Spin (16.30 Chelmsford)

Dark Flyer (17.00 Chelmsford)

Dors Toyboy (17.30 Chelmsford)

River Chorus (18.00 Chelmsford)

Della Mare (18.30 Chelmsford)

Engrave (19.00 Chelmsford)

Miss Sligo (19.30 Chelmsford)

The following is just a snippet of why Planet Sport's three top picks from Chelmsford can pay dividends.

16.00 Chelmsford - Alhammaam

Very much a horse going the right way, Alhammaam was a last time out winner over six furlongs under Champion Apprentice Marco Ghiani.

He hands the ride to fellow Italian apprentice Lorenzo Atzori with the Sardinian looking to get a win under his belt in this Support Racing Welfare All-Weather "Hands And Heels" Apprentice Handicap.

Stepped up to one miles, two furlongs, the same distance he finished second on debut at Newmarket when owned by Shadwell Estates, Alhammaam was bred to be better than a Class 5 at Chelmsford and should go well.

17.30 Chelmsford - Dors Toyboy

Presumably named after the pin-up girl Diana Dors, this Dean Ivory gelding can put in an eye-catching showing at Chelmsford in the Follow @chelmsfordcrc On Twitter Handicap.

A consistent sort, the five-year-old posted a course and distance win in November, beating Wednesday's Wolverhampton winner Burtonwood by five lengths which franks the form.

A couple of recent fourths over a mile at this track and then seven furlongs at Kempton were perhaps not ideal and the switch back to seven furlongs at Chelmsford can do the trick.

19.30 Chelmsford - Miss Sligo

Ed Sheeran can keep his Galway Girl, it's all about Miss Sligo at Chelmsford for Jamie Osbourne.

The New Approach mare has been knocking on the door ever since a nice Lingfield distance win in August.

This looks a good chance to rack up a victory in quite a mediocre Class 6 Follow @chelmsfordcrc On Facebook Classified Stakes, which won't take much winning.
