Our tipster is here to put the fear into the bookies, with a strong fancy in the 2.15 at Kempton on Saturday.
2.15 Kempton - Almighwar
Brierley says: "The Rosebery handicap is usually a lot more competitive than this year's renewal, with a couple of no-hopers in there and two Hamdan Al Maktoum runners dominating the betting.
"The one we're going to go with here is Almighwar, for John, and now accompanied by son, Thady Gosden, in the training ranks.
"This horse is beautifully bred, a son of the monumentally talented Taghrooda and he does have to go a long way to match his Oaks winning mother [Dubawi]. However, he was progressive last year and won twice at this track when given a strong pace to chase.
"He beat some nice types on his penultimate start, including Coltrane, who then progressed through the handicaps in good style.
"And he was beaten last time in a small field, off a fiddly early gallop, which he shouldn't get here today.
"A few keen goers, an obvious front runner in the shape of Lord Ranger, and hopefully they'll go a good clip out [in] front, and Almighwar will come sweeping through to win late on."
