Planet Sport have selected three headline tips for Taunton, keep reading for more details.

13:00 Taunton - Jpr One

Colin Tizzard's five-year-old enjoyed a winning debut at Exeter, before narrowly missing out to Datsalrightgino at Cheltenham. He was only beaten a neck after a good jump at the final flight took him to the front.

With that said, we're tipping him to make it two wins from three starts as he takes part in the Broadway & Horton Cricket Club Novices' Hurdle at Taunton on Monday.

14:30 Taunton - Quoi De Neuf

Evan Williams' eight-year-old recorded an emphatic win over fences at Taunton a month ago, and looks promising on his return to the Somerset venue for the Simon Stacey Memorial Novices' Limited Handicap Chase.

Quoi De Neuf has become accustomed to the bigger obstacles, landing an eight-runner contest from Nickolson on just his fifth try over fences.

He caught the eye after finishing a close fourth in the Greatwood back in November 2019, and was then brought down at the fourth flight in the Betfair Exchange Trophy at Ascot won by Not So Sleepy. However much that knocked his confidence, he doesn't look short of it now.

15:00 Taunton - Skandiburg

Charlotte Fuller's eight-year-old, formerly with Jamie Snowden, performed well at Newbury in November, shaping well over three miles when fifth to Dolphin Square.

However, Fuller has decided to drop Skandiburg back to two miles and three furlongs for the Stables Business Park Handicap Hurdle. With the gelding having won over a similar distance twice as well as over further, it's an interesting move that proves worthy of a punt on Monday.
