Get your week off to a cracking start with some winners from out hot selections below.
7.30 Windsor - A Sure Welcome
A Sure Welcome can complete a quick Windsor double in the Fitzdares Sprint Series Handicap.
The seven-year-old struck over five furlongs in another leg of this series at the track last Monday night, travelling well throughout over the minimum trip before staying on well to claim a two-and-a-half-length verdict.
It was no surprise A Sure Welcome saw out his race in style, because he is equally as adept over the six furlongs he faces here - a point evidenced by his second over the course and distance on his penultimate run.
The 5lb penalty he must shoulder for last week's win puts him 4lb wrong off his revised rating, but A Sure Welcome looked to have a bit up his sleeve at the finish that day - and it would be no surprise if he added a 14th career success here.
7.00 Windsor - Good Listener
It is worth paying some attention to Good Listener in the Fitzdares Racing Sportsbook Of The Year Handicap.
Richard Hannon's gelding is a winner over the minimum trip, and appeared to weaken over this distance of six furlongs on his only previous attempt two starts ago.
But it was hard to prescribe anything other than a move back up a furlong on the basis of his staying-on fourth at Goodwood last time - and if it proves the right move, he ought to have a decent chance in this grade.
6.00 Windsor - Canonized
Canonized brings the pick of the form to the British Stallion Studs EBF Novice Stakes, having just missed out at Listed level last time.
The Acclamation filly has made strides with each of her three starts so far this term, kicking on from a debut defeat at Newmarket in early April to win at Goodwood at the end of the month.
The lesson learned at headquarters was clearly applied that day, and William Haggas felt she deserved a chance in better company - a decision which was almost vindicated when Canonized was beaten only a length and a quarter at York.
She was slowly away that day too, so her effort can be upgraded slightly - and with the winner set to line up at Royal Ascot on Wednesday, the strength of the form is there for all to see.
1.55 Carlisle - Verreaux Eagle
Verreaux Eagle can finally get off the mark in the Introducing Racing TV Fillies' Novice Stakes at Carlisle.
The three-year-old came up against a potential star in Bellosa on her first run of the year - and while she has not built on that promising performance in two subsequent runs, she has ability, and this might be the right opportunity.
4.15 Carlisle - Puckle
Puckle can bring up her hat-trick in the Racing With Pride Handicap.
She was successful at Nottingham and Pontefract so far this month, and Mark Johnston turns her out again quickly. She can defy another penalty.
5.50 Nottingham - Chanson D'Amour
At Nottingham, Chanson D'Amour may win affection with the punters by breaking her duck in the opening Betstival Season At MansionBet EBF Restricted Maiden Fillies' Stakes on a seven-race evening card.
George Scott's juvenile has shown promise and progress in each of her three runs so far, getting closer on each occasion and overcoming an errant passage at Windsor most recently to be beaten only a length into third.
Her trainer has responded by applying first-time cheekpieces, and they will need to bring about only fair improvement for Chanson D'Amour to be right in the shake-up this time.
