Friday’s Newcastle racing tips: Internationalangel has wings for Jane Chapple-Hyam

Up to Newcastle on Good Friday and Planet Sport tipster Pete Farries reckons Internationalangel won’t fear to tread over the opposition.

Here's a quick list of Pete's picks from Newcastle on a very Good Friday for racing fans.
La Tihaty (14.00 Newcastle)
Mondammej (14.35 Newcastle)
Internationalangel (15.45 Newcastle)
Plus we've got some more juicy info on Pete's three main picks at Newcastle for your perusal.

14.00 Newcastle - La Tihaty

Pete senses a bit of value about La Tihaty, the New Bay colt from the first rate Roger Varian stable in the All-Weather Mile Championships Conditions Stakes.

The last time out unplaced Wolverhampton performance can be seen as a blip considering the four-year-old racked up a four-timer before that.

Here's a snippet of why Pete thinks that La Tihaty can lick the rest at the Toon track.

"Now this is a horse who exploded onto the scene, was a little bit freewheeling on debut, finishing second at Lingfield but after that wins at Chelmsford, at Kempton back-to-back."
"This is a horse who knows exactly what it's doing and I've got to say, could go on and take some very big victories in the future."
"Now wasn't brilliant at Wolverhampton last time, had a very bad run, yes was drawn in a nasty stall but I don't think matters, that wasn't what this horse can do. This race here, I think you'll see what this horse can do."

14.35 Newcastle - Mondammej

An each-way play on Mondammej is the pick for Pete in the Betway All-Weather Sprint Championships Conditions Stakes.

The Anthony Brittain speedster is a relatively consistent course and distance winner and can get his head in front under Cam Hardie.
Here's a snapshot of what Pete sees in Mondammej.
"Now last run here at Newcastle back in January, took a second placed finish, admittedly over a furlong shorter but there have been plenty of frame finishes since then."
"Now last time out at Doncaster, didn't look brilliant to be honest with you but I think this is a yard that needs Mondammej to fly because it's a yard that really relies on Mondammej over the last couple of months."

15.45 Newcastle - Internationalangel

Pete reckons Internationalangel can say "halo" to a win in the Coral All-Weather Fillies' And Mares' Championships Conditions Stakes.

The Jane Chapple-Hyam trained five-year-old is a course and distance winner who prevailed at Newcastle over seven furlongs on her penultimate start.
The mare has the benefit of the capable Hollie Doyle on board and here are a few of the reasons why Pete reckons Internationalangel can do the business.
"Went off at Wolverhampton last time in Class 1, didn't do well at all but had won over this trip here at Newcastle in Class 3 the race before that."
"So I think going to Class 2 for this one shouldn't be too big a deal. Loads of wins before that, this is a horse that had been in absolutely sparkling form and yes, likely to be favourite but I think is a very good selection indeed."
