5.45 Kempton - Rafiot
I really like the look here of the Gary Moore runner Rafiot. Was a course a distance winner back in late August, running really well that day.
Didn't then run again until the first week of October, here at Kempton, in a run over a furlong shorter. Finished second that day, some extra in the trip probably still wouldn't have helped Rafiot that day.
A good runner, and at the time of recording a very good price, you'd just about squeeze some each-way value out of the price, but to win the actual race is just the way to go.
Now Rumi likely to be the one to beat, had a long old layoff but returned last time with a win for the Charlton yard. Rumi in truth doesn't worry me.
I think we've got a really decent in form runner in Rafiot, and that's the pick of the day.
