My favourite bet on Thursday is going to be Crimson King in the 6pm handicap action at Chelmsford for Michael Appleby.
Ran superbly last time at Wolverhampton over this trip, lost by 4 and a half lengths to Garden Paradise (who I've also backed again this week).
Now before that had been struggling, but that was on turf, I think this runner tends to look a lot comfier on Polytrack, and returns to the surface today.
Also a comfier runner over this trip too.
Sophosc is likely to be the market favourite for this race, but if Crimson King remains the huge price here, everything should suit this gelding for the win.
