French Derby winner Vadeni has created a storm by being entered for the Coral-Eclipse Stakes but that may mean that John and Thady Gosden's Mishriff can emerge unnoticed.

Mishriff is a globetrotting legend of a horse at just five, amassing over £10 million in prize money and taking such top-level races as the Dubai Sheema Classic and the Juddmonte international.
Yes, a last placed finish in this year's Saudi Cup wasn't ideal but we can put a line through that. It's been a while since Mishriff has run over the preferred one mile and two furlongs on good ground but he should get that in Surrey.
8/1 looks good value for a horse of this quality and with David Egan up top, Mishriff can leave the bookies miffed as an each-way contender.

13.50 Sandown - Equilateral

Charlie Hills clearly thinks a lot of the consistent Equilateral and the seven-year-old can prove pacy in the five furlong Coral Charge.

A reasonable fifth at 66/1 in the King's Stand at Ascot, Equilateral was twice a winner at Meydan earlier this year and will be in good nick going to Sandown after his warm weather winter.
Indeed, back in 2020 Equilateral got within two and a quarter lengths of the great Battaash and this is a gelding who is due some British black type. 6/1 or over could be value.

Meanwhile, the William Haggas' trio of Alenquer (15.35) Mujtaba (14.25) and Queen Aminatu (15.00) are all decent each-way propositions for the classy Newmarket handler.
