Wednesday's Bath racing tips: Sows aiming for first win of season

There's some strong evening racing at Bath for the Planet Sport tipsters to get stuck into on Wednesday, June 29.

Need some extra cash to boost your midweek coffers? Planet Sport has a great range of fancies for Bath races.

You can follow the latest racecards, odds and results from Bath by using Planet Sport's live centre, but first here's a quick list of this evening's selections.

17:20 (Bath) Hot Hot Hot

17:50 (Bath) Sows

18:20 (Bath) Street Parade

18:50 (Bath) Sheer Rocks

19:20 (Bath) Zulu Tracker

19:50 (Bath) Miss Sligo
20:20 (Bath) Seven For A Pound

17:50 (Bath) Sows

It is likely Sows has more to offer, having not been disgraced when finishing two lengths behind Kape Moss at Goodwood last month.
She was able to outrun her odds in a Listed race at this course in April and a return to quicker ground looks set to suit, given she won on good to firm on her debut at Nottingham.
Newyorkstateofmind and Neptune Legend also merit consideration in this company.

18:50 (Bath) Sheer Rocks

Sheer Rocks is expected to make the most of having his sights lowered at Bath.
The three-year-old won at Chepstow and at this track to round off an unbeaten juvenile campaign, but a tilt at the Blue Riband Trial at Epsom on his return proved a bridge too far.
He was only beaten two lengths when staying-on to finish fifth in a hot handicap at Sandown last time, though, and might be too hot to handle for his older rivals in the Mike Ford Birthday Blaythwayt Plate.

19:20 (Bath) Zulu Tracker

Zulu Tracker looked an unlucky loser at Haydock when beaten a head by Elsals, as he suffered interference when breaking from the stalls and just failed to reel in the winner.
Now back in maiden company he ticks plenty of boxes here. Lermontov makes his racecourse debut and any market confidence behind the gelding would be significant.
Scorpio has finished behind Whitebeam on both starts to date but showed considerable improvement last time and looks progressive.
