It's Steak Night at Carlisle racecourse, and if that still isn't enough they throw in sticky toffee pudding too. Our tips below will help you pay for it.

You can see all the latest racecards and results from Carlisle by using the Planet Sport live centre, but first let's have a quick look at Tuesday's selections.

17:10 (Carlisle) Just Hiss

17:40 (Carlisle) Navy Wren

18:15 (Carlisle) Emeralds Pride

18:50 (Carlisle) Water Of Leith

19:25 (Carlisle) Under Fox

20:00 (Carlisle) Bastille

20:35 (Carlisle) Regal World

17:10 (Carlisle) Just Hiss

Top-weight Just Hiss has been in solid form of late and gets the nod.

Tim Easterby's veteran remains well-handicapped on old form despite his productive recent spell and can get the better of See The Sea, who wasn't disgraced at Leicester when returning to the level.

Thermal also warrants respect having made a winning start for Kevin Frost at Southwell last time.

18:15 (Carlisle) Emeralds Pride

Emeralds Pride is the choice in Carlisle's Join Racing TV Now Handicap.

She kicked off the year with a first career success at the fifth time of asking but has so far not been able to follow up in four subsequent outings.

However, she has been knocking on the door off a mark of 67, most recently chasing home Pink Crystal - who has franked the form since - when third at Thirsk last month.

The handicapper has eased her 1lb ahead of this outing and she can be relied upon to put up a good showing.

19:25 (Carlisle) Under Fox

Carnival Zain is in the form of his life at the moment and can't be ruled out, but he might be vulnerable after being raised 7lb for his last win, so preference is for the ultra-consistent Under Fox to return to winning ways.

Tim Easterby's four-year-old was a good second at Hamilton last time and might appreciate this slightly shorter trip, so he looks the one to side with off just 1lb higher.

Detective has finished second on his last two starts and looks best of the rest.
