Tuesday's Beverley best bets and racing tips: High hopes for Princess Naomi

Planet Sport tipsters are at Beverley for the afternoon race meeting on Tuesday, July 12.

The days in-between the summer racing festivals always feel like a good opportunity to pick up a few cheeky winners when nobody is really watching, and we have some great tips here to help you boost your coffers.

Here's a quick list of Tuesday's hot tips, you can get all the racecards and results from Beverley by using the Planet Sport live centre.

Selections:

13:40 (Beverley) Temper Trap

14:10 (Beverley) Lady Hollywood

14:40 (Beverley) Enraged
15:10 (Beverley) Primo

15:40 (Beverley) Red Verdon

16:10 (Beverley) Princess Naomi

16:40 (Beverley) True Blue Moon
17:10 (Beverley) Shimmering Sands

14:10 (Beverley) Lady Hollywood

Lady Hollywood looks set for a starring role at Beverley as she lines up in the Racing TV EBF Fillies' Novice Stakes.
Alice Haynes' youngster received plenty of praise for the way she romped to a four-and-a-half-length success at Lingfield and could earn further plaudits if following up in this five-furlong event on the Westwood.
Beaten only a short head at Catterick on debut, she then finished fourth in a hot Nottingham maiden won by Royal Ascot runner-up Maylandsea, before getting off the mark at the third attempt.
On that occasion she put her experience and speedy turn of foot to good use to account for an 180,000 guineas debutant from George Boughey's stable and her five-furlong speed could come to the fore once again here.

15:40 (Beverley) Red Verdon

Ed Dunlop's veteran Red Verdon has been plugging away in much hotter company than this in recent outings and, off the lowest mark he's had since 2016, he could turn back the years to strike.

His case is boosted further with main challenger Midrarr becoming a non-runner.

Just Hubert has been plying his trade in more valuable contests and is now just 1lb higher than when successful at Ascot last summer, so he merits respect too.

16:10 (Beverley) Princess Naomi

Princess Naomi relished the move up to seven furlongs when running out a convincing two-and-a-half-length winner at Chelmsford earlier this month and could take plenty of beating in the Happy Birthday Kay White Wilcox Nursery Handicap under a 6lb penalty.
Also worth a look are Gemma Tutty's Fomo who was outpaced over 6f on her nursery debut at Pontefract, but kept on well for third and gets another chance off the same mark in this.
While Leading Company had A Day To Dream behind in a valuable seller at York last time and could confirm that form on 4lb better terms.
