Dustin Johnson can bounce back and take glory again in the WGC-FedEx St Jude

GingerBets tipster Jack Kelliher says the 18/1 for DJ to win at TPC Southwind should not be missed despite the American’s recent mixed form.

Dustin Johnson is the top-ranked player contesting this week's WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational in Memphis but the betting has him only as sixth favourite.

The World No.2 is a two-time winner at this week's course, TPC Southwind, so is clearly a huge fan of the venue after those victories in 2012 and 2018.
The price is explained by some mixed recent form but GingerBet's Jack Kelliher believes the double Major champion is a must bet.
He makes Johnson his first pick and is delighted to see such odds on offer.
"He comes in at that price because he missed the cut at the 3M Open in his last event but fear not," says Kelliher, "he also missed the cut in the 2018 Open Championship and followed that up with a victory in the Canadian Open the following week.
"Can lightning strike twice? I think it can and at 18/1 with six places available at Planet Sport Bet, I'm prepared to find out."

Jack also likes the defending champion, Justin Thomas, to make another big splash.

Thomas shot 13-under last year to score a three-shot win.
"He comes in on the back of a 14th placed finish in the Olympics where he shot 6-under in the final round to shoot himself up the leaderboard.
"He's got some solid stats behind him and he's the second selection."
For his third pick, Jack is sweet on the chances of Mexican Abraham Ancer.
"Still seeking his first win on the Tour, he's available at a massive 45/1.
"I think his all-round game will really suit this week's test and I expect him to go close and challenge the top end of that leaderboard."

And to complete the quartet, Jack is going for another previous champion at TPC Southwind.

"Harris English was a winner on debut in 2013 but he's a far better player than what he was back then."

There's no doubt about that. English has risen to World No.14 and the American is a two-time winner on the PGA TOUR this season.

"At 45/1, he's my fourth and final selection this week. Good luck if you're following and all the best with your bets."
