Who will win Premier League Darts finals night? Gerwyn Price favourite to claim latest major crown

Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton will battle it out for Premier League Darts supremacy.

The 2023 Cazoo Premier League season ends with the Play-Offs in London as the final four compete for the £275,000 top prize this Thursday night.

Following 16 dramatic weeks, the £1m tournament will culminate on a single night of action in the English capital.

Defending champion Michael van Gerwen will be among the players vying for the coveted title, along with world number one Michael Smith, 2021 champion Jonny Clayton and table-topper Gerwyn Price.
Van Gerwen is making his tenth play-off appearance, a decade on from his maiden Premier League triumph in 2013, where he defeated Phil Taylor.
The Dutchman has since celebrated wins in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022, and victory on Thursday will see Van Gerwen create further history by overhauling Taylor's tally of six Premier League titles.
Despite his dominance at the event, Van Gerwen is joint-second favourite to triumph in 2023.
The 34-year-old was on fire early in the season, winning three of the first six events. However, he has since failed to make a significant impact, winning just four matches from the last eight weeks.
The bookmakers have taken note of Van Gerwen's recent form, and they've decided to side with Welshman Gerwyn Price.
The former rugby player finished top of the table having made the final in five of the previous six weeks.

One concern over Price is the fact he has only prevailed in one of the five finals, losing the other four to Nathan Aspinall, Dimitri Van den Bergh and Michael Smith (twice).

Speaking of Bully Boy, the defending world champion is joint-second favourite to win the Premier League.
Smith has been priced alongside Van Gerwen in the betting after claiming three of the last four weeks.
The 32-year-old is targeting his maiden Premier League crown as he looks to go one step further than his final defeat to Van Gerwen back in 2018.
Interestingly, the two men will square off in Thursday's semi-final - their fifth head-to-head encounter in 2023. Smith leads the Dutchman 3-2 in recent meetings, winning his last two this month.
The world champion has lost just three of his last 15 competitive outings and arrives in London with great momentum.
With that in mind, we're backing Smith to get past Van Gerwen in the semis before defeating Price in the final.
Price is expected to progress past Jonny Clayton in his own semi-final considering he has beaten his Welsh counterpart in eight of previous nine meetings.
Despite this, the world number four has faltered against Smith in their last two meetings.
