The Dutchman followed up his successes in Exeter and Dublin with a 6-4 triumph over Michael Smith to strengthen his overall grip on the competition.
After defeating quarter-final opponent Johnny Clayton 6-2, Van Gerwen maintained impressive momentum with a 6-1 victory over Peter Wright.
Smith - who reached Thursday's final after beating Dimitri van den Bergh and then Nathan Aspinall - took the opening leg of Thursday's final before Van Gerwen struck back by winning the next three.
But Smith fought his way back into the contest, winning the next four legs to edge ahead in the contest.
However, Van Gerwen then took the next two, and when Smith failed to complete a checkout of 90 in the 10th, Van Gerwen closed out the match with a double 10 to become the first player to win three Premier League nights in a row.
