The latest edition of the Masters is upon us as the 24 best players on the globe head to Milton Keynes.

With the World Series of Darts and the Premier League both up and running, you could say the new darting season is in full flow.

Who is the defending champion at the Masters?

Chris Dobey will arrive in Milton Keynes as the defending champion having claimed his first major title at this very tournament.

The 33-year-old powered into the final before beating Rob Cross 11-7 to claim the prize.

Dobey will kick off the defence of his crown against UK Open champion Andrew Gilding.
