Ryan Garcia goes after George Kombosos Jnr stadium fight and predicts method of victory
Ryan Garcia has his eye on a blockbuster return to the lightweight scene in April after a 15-month lay-off.
Kambosos Jr. (20-0, 10 KOs), who floored Lopez in the first round, has got the likes of Devin Haney or Vasily Lomachenko in his sights. But neither will represent the draw of US star Garcia.
Ryan, 23, has not fought since knocking out Luke Campbell in January 2021, but he looks set to get back into the ring in April.
Oscar De La Hoya has said he is working on "something huge" for his young star Garcia (21-0, 18 KOs). And it seems the Californian wants to come back with a "bang" against the man, who was best known as Manny Pacquiao's sparring partner before his big upset in New York..
"I have a response to all the things that have been said about me during a time that I didn't have a voice," said Ryan Garcia to ES News..
'I knock him out within probably seven rounds'
