Peter McGrail vs Marc Leach: Fight card, start time and where to watch the super bantamweight clash

Liverpool’s McGrail and Salford’s Leach will be battling for the WBA international super bantamweight championship.

The winner is also set to get a shot at the British champion, Dennis McCann, in the near future.

McGrail comes into the bout on the back of a fifth-round knockout defeat to Ja’Rico O’Quinn. The American was the one originally scheduled to face Leach but was forced to pull out due to personal reasons.

O’Quinn’s withdrawal has opened the door for McGrail to return to winning ways on the big stage.

Leach has a lot more experience in the pro ranks but is also coming into Saturday’s bout on the back of defeats.

The 30-year-old suffered back-to-back losses against Liam Davies and Masood Abdulah. Those defeats left the Brit with an 18-3-1 record.

Fans can watch the main event and the full card live on DAZN.

Start time for the event is 7pm BST and 2pm ET. Main event ringwalks are expected at around 10.30pm BST and 5.30pm ET.
