Mike Tyson offers explanation after 'concerning interview' on UK show

Fans were relieved to hear Tyson's tweet to Piers Morgan after his chat on Good Morning Britain.
Mike Tyson has given an explanation as to why he appeared irritated in his most recent interview with Good Morning Britain.
Iron Mike was heard slurring his words whilst looking extremely tired as he gave short replies to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid.
However, after fans expressed their concern to Tyson's wellbeing, the former undisputed champion gave an update on social media.
Hey mate @piersmorgan @GMB @susannareid100 and UK. I tried to stay up late for interview but fell asleep and like a lion I'm hard to wake once asleep. Training hard and going to bed early. I had no monitor so I couldn't see you guys and forgot to look into camera.

In fairness to Tyson, he was chatting to a UK channel in Los Angeles, eight hours behind British Summer Time (BST).
The 54-year-old is preparing to return to the ring for the first time in 15 years as he takes on fellow boxing legend Roy Jones Jr on November 28.
The pair will go toe-to-toe in an eight, two minute-round exhibition bout with social media app Trilla streaming the event for a price of $49.99.
