Lewis Crocker vs Jose Felix: Full card and start time as The Croc defends unbeaten record in Belfast

The 18-0 welterweight star will be looking to defend his unbeaten record, though he won’t be able to claim the WBO Inter-Continental title after missing weight.

His opponent, who did make the 10st 5lb limit, will take home the gold should he prevail against the Brit on Saturday night.

Felix boasts a 40-6-1 record and arrives on the back of a third-round TKO victory over Gary Cully last May.

The Mexican boxer will be making his second trip to Belfast and the 31-year-old certainly has a score to settle after losing a unanimous decision to Tyrone McKenna in the Northern Irish capital back in 2021.

Crocker had no such problems against McKenna who he beat in his last outing in December.

The 27-year-old picked up a unanimous decision to round-off a very productive 2023.

The Croc had four fights last year, all of them ending in comfortable victories as the fighter continues to forge his way forward in the division.

However, missing weight for Saturday’s showdown with Felix is a bump in the road for the Belfast-native.

Matchroom Boxing CEO Frank Smith said: "Earlier in the week, as always, the BBBofC [British Boxing Board of Control] do their check weights and Lewis Crocker didn't manage to make that check weight.

"There was a weight limit set that he couldn't come below and Felix's team were aware. They wanted to make 147 [10st 5lb] as Jose wanted the opportunity to win the title.

"The title will be on the line for Jose, but unfortunately not for Lewis. It is one of those rules for the safety of the boxers that the BBFC put in place, but we have a great fight ahead of us."

Fans can watch Saturday’s event on DAZN, with the broadcast set to begin at 7pm GMT. Main event ring walks are expected at around 10.30pm GMT. Below is the full card.
