Gavin Gwynne vs Emiliano Marsili full card and start time as European title bout headlines York Hall

Britain’s Gavin Gwynne returns to action for the first time since April as he sets his sights on the European lightweight championship.

The 33-year-old squares off with Emiliano Marsili at York Hall on Friday night – an experienced Italian boxer with a 42-0-1 record.

Gwynne stopped Craig Woodruff in his last outing, picking up the British title along the way.

The Welshman has only lost two professional outings, including a loss against Joe Cordina back in 2019.

A win over Marsili would put Gwynne on a path to bigger fights in 2024 as he looks to test himself at world level.

The second European title on the line at York Hall comes in the super-bantamweight division as Brad Strand takes on Joshua John.

The likes of Sam Noakes, Raven Chapman and Moses Itauma are also competing on this latest Queensberry card.
