The night Floyd Mayweather got confronted by Larry Merchant

"I wish I was 50 years younger and I'd kick your ass!"

No one could beat Floyd Mayweather inside the ring - just look at his undefeated 50-0 record.
However, we all remember the night Larry Merchant, 80 at the time, gave Floyd a piece of his mind in 2011.

After headbutting Mayweather, Victor Ortiz apologised and unaware of his surroundings, got knocked out with two unanswered punches by TBE.

As you can imagine, the crowd was going crazy and Ortiz was left on the floor stunned from the result.
A jeering MGM Grand was treated to a classic one-liner by Merchant in the post-fight interview after being interrupted by 'Money'.
"You never give me a fair shake. So I'm gonna let you talk to Victor Ortiz, alright? I'm through." Mayweather said.
"They can put somebody else up here to give me an interview. HBO need to fire you.
"You don't know s*** about boxing. You ain't s***," Mayweather added.
Of course, Larry didn't stand for any of Floyd's BS.
"I wish I was 50 years younger and I'd kick your ass!" Merchant said with a smirk on his face.
The pair finally buried the hatchet in 2015 on the night before Mayweather went to blows with Puerto Rican legend Miguel Cotto.

Judging by what Merchant says below, it appears he certainly doesn't miss watching the former five-division ruler.
