Legend backing the outsider to prevail...

Heavyweight champions Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua have agreed in principle to fight for all the belts next year and according to boxing legend and promoter Bernard Hopkins, the latter will knock the “Gypsy King” out.

“B-Hop” is predicting Joshua to taste the canvas but is backing the 2012 Olympian to use his past experience against Andy Ruiz Jr. to overcome the tide and get the win.

“Joshua vs Fury is a fight that both guys could win or lose. I like Joshua to be tested, to get his feelings hurt early - that might be a knock-down but he will get up. Because of the lesson that he learned being, not unprepared, but overconfident he paid a big price. He redeemed himself. Now that is in his memory - what not to do ever again - Joshua beats Fury by knockout late.”
It’ll come to a surprise to some after witnessing Fury make history in knocking out Deontay Wilder earlier this year to capture the WBC crown.

Fury has to do it all again in a third meeting with Wilder, with December 19 slated as the possible date for the trilogy.

Meanwhile, Joshua has his own matters to deal with as he takes on IBF mandatory challenger Kubrat Pulev. Compatriot and former Manchester United star Dimitar Berbatov has backed Pulev to deliver a shock victory.

The location of the fight is up in the air after promoter Eddie Hearn indicated the bout could be on a boat or a castle after admitting he was open to offers.
