Friday’s NBA acca is currently priced at 7/1 at the time of writing but if you bet with Planet Sport Bet, you could effectively be paid out at a whopping 11/1!

Friday’s NBA Acca

Detroit Pistons +16.5

New Orleans Pelicans +7.5

Golden State Warriors

San Antonio Spurs

Los Angeles Lakers -4

Boston Celtics @ Detroit Pistons

The Boston Celtics are probably 20 points better than Detroit, but that doesn’t always translate. The Celtics took them lightly in their first season meeting, winning by six.

They did no such thing last week as they beat them by 25 at TD Garden. That line was 16.5 and this line opened 14.5.

That’s likely to be a mistake in the mind of bettors as beating a team by margin in consecutive games isn’t easy because there’s a lack of motivation.

New Orleans Pelicans @ Miami Heat

This game opened with Miami as a -1 favourite and it was quickly pushed up to -4 by bettors. That’s largely because the Pelicans played just last night in Orlando.

They collapsed after leading in that game and will want to bounce back quickly. They had three of four days off before the game, which will help to negate the last of rest.

Teams in a road back-to-back are often undervalued and go well against a rested home team, especially when the hosts are returning from an extended road trip like Miami.

Indiana Pacers @ Golden State Warriors

Both teams are healthy. Moses Moody is questionable and we’d like him to play, but the starting five are good to go.

There’s little to separate these sides regarding their record, recent form and situation in the standings. Both are just inside the playoff line and must keep winning.

However, Indiana is 1-5 ATS after an ATS win and 2-5 ATS on the back of a win by 10+ points.

Memphis Grizzlies @ San Antonio Spurs

Despite the Spurs' progress with Victor Wenbamyama at center, we aren’t ready to trust them when laying this many points.

Memphis are without close to two starting lineups and are typically losing by double digits when they do lose.

On the other hand, they’ve lost to some good teams by this spread or less, so we’ll be cautious and back the Spurs on the money line.

Philadelphia 76ers @ Los Angeles Lakers

The Lakers have enjoyed three days of rest and are fully healthy, unlike the 76ers who are still without Joel Embiid and plenty of depth.

LA’s last outing was a 31-point win against the Hawks while Philly lost by double digits in Phoenix.

The 76ers are guaranteed to be involved in the playoffs, even if that means the play-in game, while the Lakers still need to secure their spot.
