Despite facing substantial criticism this season, Xavi received unwavering support from Henry, who commended the manager for winning La Liga last season. "I'm surprised with the work you've done. I don't care what people say. You won the La Liga, so feel proud. I know you are," expressed Henry, emphasizing his admiration for Xavi's coaching efforts.

Reflecting on their time together at Barcelona, Henry expressed immense pride in sharing the field with Xavi. Recounting a memorable moment, he said, "I am very proud to have shared a field with you. You taught me a lot at Barca. I will always remember the day you shut me up and said, 'Speak when you win something with Barcelona and then you'll understand what this club means.' Xavi, who announced his departure from Barcelona at the end of the 2024 season, has been the subject of speculation regarding a potential move to the Middle East. However, nothing has been confirmed as of now. Henry, acknowledging Xavi's football acumen, placed him second only to Pep Guardiola in terms of tactical brilliance. "Your brain, for me, is the second; I think the only one I know above you is Pep in terms of how you watch football."

Expressing hope for Xavi's swift return, Henry urged him to come back quickly, saying, "So I hope you come back fast and we will see you on the field very quickly."
