  • Manchester United Reportedly Chasing Inter'S Andre Onana As David De Gea'S Replacement

Manchester United reportedly chasing Inter's Andre Onana as David de Gea's replacement

Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana has attracted Manchester United's interest.

Manchester United are expect David de Gea to leave the club when his contract expires at the end of June, fuelling reports of interest in Inter's Andre Onana.
While negotiations with De Gea for a new contract have been ongoing, the likelihood of his departure has grown stronger.
United had been exploring other options in the goalkeeper market while discussions with De Gea continued, with Diogo Costa from Porto and David Raya from Brentford among the potential targets.
Andre Onana, who previously worked with manager Erik ten Hag at Ajax, has also emerged as a name of interest.
Sources revealed that United have engaged in talks with Onana's representatives in recent days.
Inter have informed United that a total fee of €60million would be required to secure Onana's services this transfer window, a price that deterred previous suitors Chelsea.
If United proceed with the acquisition of Onana, it would represent a significant shift in their summer transfer plans, as they had initially intended to retain De Gea and sign a more affordable alternative to provide competition.
However, if the 32-year-old Spanish goalkeeper departs, United will be compelled to invest in a ready-made replacement.
