White Hart Lane: Home of Spurs

Tottenham will endevour to return to winning ways against struggling Wigan in their Premier League tie at White Hart Lane on Tuesday night.
Spurs have lost ground to league leaders Manchester City and second-placed Manchester United, sitting five points behind the Red Devils following a 1-1 draw with Wolves and their 3-2 defeat to the Eastlands club.
But with the Latics struggling at the wrong end of the table - rock-bottom with 15 points from 22 games - this is one game Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp will be expecting to win.
Gareth Bale is, however, an injury doubt although Ledley King looks set to return to the side after missing Spurs’ FA Cup encounter against Watford on Friday, a match they unconvincingly won 1-0.
William Gallas and Sandro remain long-term injuries with Younes Kaboul set to keep his place in the centre of defence with King.
Roberto Martinez’s side are winless in their last seven league outings, with their last points coming in a 2-2 draw with Stoke some five weeks ago.
But the Spanish tactician will be able to introduce some new blood into his side with new signing Jean Beausejour likely to go straight into the starting line-up after signing from Birmingham last week.
Defender Antolin Alcaraz is, however, sidelined with a groin problem while midfielder David Jones could return after overcoming a calf strain. It is as yet unclear if Shaun Maloney, who had a similar injury, has recovered in time.
Senegal midfielder Mohamed Diame, who is away on African Nations Cup duty, will only return in time to face Everton at the weekend.
