Hull City winger Cameron Stewart could soon be at the centre of a tag of war between Scotland and England.
Scotland manager Craig Levein is an admirer of the 20-year-old former Manchester United youngster and reports suggest he is considering drafting him into his senior squad.
Stewart, who played for England at Under-17 to Under-20 level,is also now being tipped for an Under-21 call up.
Stewart’s agent, Peter Morrison told Sky Sports: “Cameron is very flattered to be linked with an international call-up but it’s just speculation at the moment.
“Cameron has previously been part of England’s youth set-up, which he was obviously very proud of.
“But at the moment his only focus is Hull City’s bid for promotion and if a decision needs to be made regarding his international future he will cross that bridge when he comes to it.”
